Assembly

All Houses Come Flat Packed with full assembly instructions, screws and with pre drilled marker holes. Generally it takes 45 min's to 2 Hours to assemble a house depending on size and your skill level. Adults should only assemble houses as small parts are involved.

 
 
All Dolls Houses Come Double Boxed and Bubble Wrap as shown.
Once unwrapped check and formularise yourself with components.
First assemble the ground floor wall to the first floor and then fix ground and first floors to side wall.
Assemble First floor wall to top floor, then fix to side wall. Then fit the other side wall to ground, first & second floor. Then fix back panel. with a small screwdriver fix front panels to frame using the hinges on panel. Make sure that you allow for the panels to open. Finally fix the dormer windows to roof. Then fix both side of roof together and fix to house.put in your staircase and your done, easy hay.
Then let there little faces light up.

The House above does not have internal doors, houses that do have internal doors come with doors pre- fitted.
 

Let Us Assemble Your House For You

We can of course assemble your house for you. Smaller Houses cost 30 Euro, Medium House cost 40 Euro and Larger Houses cost 60 Euro. Allow 1 day extra for assemble. We can only deliver assembled houses within the Dublin Area or you can collect from the shop.

We can deliver unassembled or assembled houses anywhere in Dublin for 20 Euro

We deliver anywhere in Ireland for 30 Euro for smaller dolls houses unassembled ( 1 Box) or 45 Euro for larger dolls houses ( 2 Box's )

Please Allow 12 working days for delivery

All Dollhouses must be paid in full before dispatch

Dolls house furniture & accessories will be posted and standard postage rate will apply
